Exchange & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. You can exchange with the same items or any other items. We will send you store credits with no expiration date. You have to make a new order and make a payment using the store credits.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale items cannot be refunded and exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our office.
If we have no more stocks on the right item, you may also return the item. We will give you full refund by transferring to your account.
Please note the items bought at our webstore cannot be returned or exchanged in our offline counter.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our office.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
